DIANA H. HALE, ESQ., LL.M.
As an estate planning attorney, I help individuals and families plan for the future and protect the well-being of their loved ones.
Experience has taught me that life can change in an instant. Prior to becoming an attorney, I worked as a registered nurse in critical care, the operating room, and open heart surgery. After I became an attorney, I represented clients in matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and dangerous pharmaceutical drugs. I have seen the devastating effects of accidents, injuries, and illnesses on my clients and their families. As an attorney and a registered nurse, I understand the importance of planning ahead.
I take pride in providing my clients with personal attention, clear communication, and timely assistance. My goal is to ensure that my clients fully understand the available options and feel comfortable during the estate planning process.
I have been in the private practice of law since 2003. I hold two law degrees from the University of Denver College of Law. I attained a Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 2003, and a Master of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) in 2013.
I have been admitted to practice before the Colorado State Courts, and the United States District Court, District of Colorado. I am also licensed as a registered nurse in the state of Colorado.
I have lived in the state of Colorado since 2001, and reside in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains. I enjoy all of the outdoor activities that Colorado has to offer, including hiking, biking, and skiing.
I look forward to serving you and your family.
Warmest regards,
Diana H. Hale
